About Us

After years of working my "career job" post graduating college, I quickly learned that something was missing. I longed to do something different, creative and more adventurous, something more "me".

Along with a desire to work more closely with my community here in OKC and serve people In a more "hands-on" & unique way, the dream of Crepe Brewers became a reality. Months and years of dreaming/scheming/planning/researching (not to mention a ton of manual labor to get this old trailer looking good again!) was well worth the wait & effort and only makes me appreciate having the opportunity to own a small business in what I believe is just an incredible place to live; Oklahoma.

Along the way, God's guidance and insistence on me not giving up not only led me into being able to serve good food with a whole heart, but showed me the love my family has for me and their display of that love in the way the encouraged me through this venture (even when it seemed like it may never end up happening, which trust me it did at times!) and helped me rebuild the entire airstream. I also met my true love and now husband while waiting tables in the midst of trying to get Crepe Brewers started. What an unexpected blessing! He not only joined my family in helping with the construction of the airstream but has become my business partner and fellow "Crepe Brewer" even though he has his own busy & successful small businesses. Plus we have maybe the sweetest Crepe Brewer together - our son who is the theme of many Crepe Brewers posts!
